Appointment Policies
We dedicate specific times for your appointments to provide the best possible care. Timeliness helps us serve you efficiently.
Please give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.
Insurance Policies
We are dedicated to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. While we provide coverage estimates in good faith, they are not guaranteed due to the varying nature of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. If the insurance does not pay within 60 days, you are responsible for the remaining balance.
